We are based in Oslo and work with small and mid-sized companies, usually teams of 5–100 people. Some clients come to us with a specific workflow they want to automate. Others simply know that too much time is being lost in manual work, unclear ownership, repeated follow-ups or disconnected systems.

In both cases, we help turn operational friction into clear priorities and practical improvements.

How we work

We look for the real reason work is taking longer than it should.

Sometimes the answer is AI automation. Sometimes it is a clearer process, better ownership, fewer handovers, better documentation or better use of the tools already in place. Often, the right solution is a combination.

Our work starts by mapping how things actually run today: where time is lost, where decisions get stuck, where manual work repeats, and where teams are compensating for broken processes. From there, we recommend and implement the fixes that are most likely to create measurable improvement.

The goal is not to make companies dependent on us. The goal is to leave behind better workflows, working automations, clearer documentation and a business that runs more efficiently after the engagement is finished.

Magnus Eidissen Founder & Lead Advisor

Eidissen Advisory is led by Magnus Eidissen, a civil engineer based in Oslo. Magnus has experience from building companies, improving operations, managing sales-to-delivery workflows, coordinating suppliers and implementing AI automation.

His background includes co-founding and operating Boligverket AS, a Scandinavian modular housing company built across Norway, Sweden and Denmark, as well as project management experience from Otovo ASA and an MSc in Energy and Environmental Engineering from UiT.

That mix of operational, technical and commercial experience shapes how we work: structured, practical and focused on improvements that can actually be implemented.
